Ben has been so hands on, it's great to have a mobile number and speak to the same person each time. We had a problem with some guests a couple of weeks ago, and Ben was fantastic, he was there to help us through every step of the way. Even on a Sunday morning when he was trying to have his holiday. He claimed for damages through Airbnb, spoke to the guest who had caused the damage and handled everything. We received the refund within a week from starting the claim. We have another property which once we are out of contract with Sykes, we will be moving to Ben and Sarah.
