Living Room - Cosy living space with plenty of seating after a long day of walking in the countryside and exploring the Lake District National Park.

Kitchen & Dining Room - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, kettle, cafetiere and Air Fryer

Laundry - There are 2 washing machines in the kitchen, with one being a washer / dryer.

Clothes dryer is located in the snug room.

Bathroom - Bath / Shower with quality towels.

Master bedroom - Kingsize bed with quality linen, ample hanging space. Hairdryer provided.

Snug Room - Single bed with quality linen, hanging space and chest of drawers. Please note we can't class this as a bedroom as it has no window. (On Airbnb photos, we've had to list it as a second bedroom only to show the single bed).

Internet - Wifi available.

Entertainment - Smart TV to log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts.

Parking - We have free on street parking with the permit you can use during your stay, please put this back after check out.

Access to the property is via a key safe. The key safe code and full check-in instructions will be sent to you 2 days before your arrival, around 4:00pm.

Parking - We have a parking permit which you can use for free on street parking, by the property, free parking is on Ann Street.

If you're travelling by car, the M6 (Junctions 36 and 37) is only a short drive away, providing excellent access to the surrounding area.
